Noam Eisen - Band Leader, Pianist
Noam Eisen was born and raised in Toronto Canada where he studied classical piano at the Royal Conservatory of Toronto and jazz improvisation with private teachers. At an early age, he began collaborating and performing with other musicians as his passion for music spanned a wide range of genres including Broadway Hits, Jazz Standards and Jewish Music. By age 15, he was leading his own band and performing regularly at public concerts and private events.
In parallel with his music, Noam also developed a deep interest in science, and earned a Bachelors degree in Physics from York University, followed by a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Pursuing both passions, he worked for several technology companies in Silicon Valley and abroad, and also continued performing regularly as a solo pianist and entertainer.
Following his three years of living a cultural dream in Paris, Noam made a permanent move to the San Francisco in 2001, where he successfully balanced a double career in technology and musical performance for over ten years. With a passion for swing era and other vintage styles of music, he joined the Cosmo Alleycats Band in 2012 and has since dedicated himself full-time to the band’s management and leadership.
